Support
Something not working? Here's how to reach a person, and the handful of things that go wrong most often.
Get in touch
Email support@tenfold.cards.
You can also tap Send feedback on the home screen, which reaches us without leaving the game. There are no accounts, so you never need to sign in to get help — just write and describe what happened.
Common problems
I lost connection in the middle of a game
Reopen the app. Your seat is held and the game resumes where you left off — the app remembers the room for you, so there is nothing to type back in. This works across a dropped signal, a locked phone, or the app being closed.
My friend's room code doesn't work
Codes are four letters and capitalisation doesn't matter. If it's refused, the usual reasons are that the game has already finished, everyone left and the room closed, or it's full — a room holds six players. Have the host tap Create game again for a fresh code.
I'm not getting "your turn" notifications
The app asks permission the first time you join an online game, and only then. If you declined, iOS and Android will not ask a second time, and the app cannot re-prompt — you have to switch notifications back on for Tenfold in your device's own Settings. Notifications are sent only for online games, only when it is actually your turn, and only while you are away from the app.
The computer played my turn
That's deliberate, and it only happens when other players are sitting there waiting on you. Rather than leave the table stuck indefinitely, a stand-in takes your turn so the game can continue. If nobody else is currently watching the game, your turn simply waits for you instead.
The game won't let me discard my skip card
It will — a skip can always be discarded. If every other player is already skipped, or you're the only one it could target, it comes off your hand with no effect rather than trapping you.
Can I play with no connection?
Yes. Games against the computer run entirely on your device and need no internet at all. Only playing with other people needs a connection.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your device and its operating system version.
- Whether it was an online game or against the computer.
- The room code, if it was online and you still have it.
Screenshots help more than anything else, especially of a hand or a table that looks wrong.
Accounts and your data
Tenfold has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign into, recover, or close. Game data deletes itself when a room ends. The full details, including how to have feedback you sent removed, are in the privacy policy.
